Upon receiving your application we will add your Clan to the list of those participating.

Participating Clans will receive:

1 FREE 10 x 10 outdoor booth space & 4 FREE weekend passes for Clan booth staff only.
Additional passes may be purchased at the entry gate.

Set up begins on Friday and booths must be ready by 8:30 AM on Saturday. Booth spaces at the McMinnville Scottish Festival will be outdoors and mixed in with vendors and/or near the Highland Games field. There will be drive up access near the booths for unloading and loading of vehicles.

Booths will be issued on a first come, first served basis based on receipt of applications. Any Clan seeking to become a sponsor can request, fill out online or download our sponsorship package found @

Special Requirements:

Attire: Kilts, Argyll patterns, authentic Celtic garb, or a nice shirt bearing your Clan crest are a must; the rest is up to personal preference and comfort.

Décor: We highly encourage you to dress up your Clan booths and provide as much information as possible.

Music: Our concept is to have both roaming and strategically placed musicians. Personal music is not needed or allowed at your booth.

Accommodation: The City of McMinnville does now allow tent camping within its City limits except at designated campgrounds and RV parks. Therefore, no tent camping will be authorized for this event.
